We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers through this website, so please do not send them.

To respond to you, evaluate whether we can work together, and deliver services you request.

How it is stored

Messages arrive at info@coinfishatmsolutions.com, which forwards to our password-protected business email. This site has no forms, accounts, or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Our website host, email provider, and Google Fonts (which loads the site's typefaces and may receive your IP address) process limited technical data to deliver the site. AI tools we use to organize and draft work may process information on our behalf under their own security terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it with third parties only with your permission, to deliver services you asked for, or when the law requires.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Records tied to a signed agreement are kept as long as legal and tax rules require, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.

Security and breach notification

We use reasonable safeguards, including multi-factor authentication on email. If a breach affects your private information, we will notify you and any required authorities as New York law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We call or text only if you gave us your number. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
